Developer Comments: Ashe has been steadily climbing in overall competitiveness, but she’s still missing that extra oomph when the moment calls for it. These buffs target some of her underperforming powers and items, giving her more flexibility across different builds and helping her stay impactful in a wider range of scenarios.
Out with a Bang - Power
Molten Munitions - Power
Reload Therapy - Power
Sidewinder – Epic Weapon Hero Item
Developer Comments: Ashe has strong potential in the hands of experienced players, but parts of her kit have been falling off in the later stages of the game compared to other heroes. We're making targeted adjustments to help her scale more effectively into the late game, while also smoothing out some of the sharp edges that make her less forgiving for newer players. These changes aim to make Ashe a more rewarding pick across all skill levels.
Head Honcho - Power
B.O.B. Jr. - Power
Infrared Lenses – Epic Ability Hero Item
Developer Comments: Bob's arm cannons are in the shop, but he's much more eager to jump into the fray.
Developer Comment: There were some inconsistencies for when Coach Gun was disabled by mobility lock abilities. Now Ashe will be able to activate Coach Gun while mobility is locked out (such as Junkrat's Steel Trap) to knockback enemies but won't move herself.
Trail by Fire
Fire and Fury
Demon's Ward
Developer Comments: This Big Omnic Butler tanks a lot of incoming fire and will now be more resistant to knockbacks and critical damage.
Developer Comments: B.O.B.’s upset from being called the wrong name, so F.R.E.D.’s picking up the slack.
Developer Comment: Ashe has the longest total reload time of all heroes to balance out the advantage of being able to shoot after a partial reload. However, we are shortening it slightly to make the full reload from empty less punishing.
Developer Comment: We want to enable Ashe and B.O.B. to easily assist one another more. B.O.B. now prioritizes targets damaged by Ashe's rifle, which may allow for more flexible Ultimate placement.
